Harsh reactions to an appropriate, polite and sincere ad I had posted on another site, offering models who travel via Helsinki or Tallinn a place to stay during their visit, in exchange for modeling time, made me ponder why society has become so fucked up as to systematically assume that a heterosexual man who 1) practices nude photography as a hobby and 2) offers the visiting model a place to crash during her stay, is obviously using this as a pretext to get laid? Yet, if gays or lesbians offer their peers a place to crash, nobody will raise an eyebrow or scream THIS IS NOT A DATING SITE at them, ever. Why is that?
